1General Terms & Conditions

By using the Fabji website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform for the first time.

Fabji is an internationally licensed online gaming operator serving Bangladesh and various other countries worldwide. However, there are certain countries and regions where access to Fabji's services is prohibited. It is your own responsibility to ensure that using this service is legal in your country.

2Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Fabji.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are required to provide accurate details at registration, including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and any other requested information.
• Fabji reserves the right to close any account at any time if it was registered using false information.

Verification Process (KYC)

Fabji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security. Before processing withdrawals or handling large transactions, we may request proof of identity (national ID or passport) and proof of address. This verification process is in place to protect our members.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact Fabji Support immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally instant. Bank transfers, however, may take 1–3 business days.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made through another person's account are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Fabji, covering Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and all other games.

Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (may vary by game and market).
• Maximum bet: set individually for each event and market.
• Fabji reserves the right to modify or reject any betting limits.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Once a betting slip is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, Fabji reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended.
• If there is a technical error in the odds.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or fraud.
• Where there is evidence of a rule violation.

Live Betting Special Conditions

In live betting, bets may be accepted or rejected in the event of a lost internet connection or technical issue. In such cases, the system record will be considered final.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Before participating in any of Fabji's bonus or promotion offers, it is important to read the specific terms that apply. Each bonus comes with its own set of conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has a set expiry period. Once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 3x to 5x.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method.

Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to exploit bonus loopholes for unfair gain — such as through arbitrage betting or bonus hunting — Fabji reserves the right to void that account's bonuses and suspend the account if necessary.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fabji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Collusion or cheating in cooperation with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other members.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Fabji

Fabji may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Where evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Closed by Member

You may request our support team to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account. If you have any remaining balance after closure, you will need to submit a separate request to have it returned.

8Responsible Gaming

Fabji believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We encourage our members to play responsibly and offer a number of tools to help them do so.

• Set Betting Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Deposit Limits: Deposit limits can be set for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: You will receive reminder notifications about how long you have been playing.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We generally aim to resolve disputes within 48 hours.

Complaints Process

2. Please include your account number, the date of the incident, and a description of what happened.
3. Fabji will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Complex cases may require up to 7 business days to investigate.

If you are not satisfied with Fabji's decision, you may escalate your case to an international gaming dispute resolution body.

10Changes to Terms & Contact
